ordering online from bliss dancewear could not be easier, just browse our online catalogue and add items that you wish to buy to the shopping cart, after you have finished shopping, click on 'checkout' and you will be asked for a few details to enable us to complete your order. bliss dancewear have no minimum order, we accept Visa, Visa Electron, Master Card, Maestro, Solo, Visa Debit, American Express, Diners Club Card and JCB credit and debit cards.

cancelled orders

please call us on (0044)131 334 5333 as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order. If your order has be despatched, you must follow our bliss dancewearreturns policy.

back orders

while bliss dancewear endevour to hold all items in stock, we cannot guarentee stock availability at all times. where an order is placed and is out of stock we will email you to inform you of the expected delivery date. if this is not suitable we will aim to find an alternative product or offer a full refund.

delivery within the uk

bliss dancewear orders will be sent 1st class royal mail, orders placed before 12 noon monday – saturday will be dispatched same day, orders after 12 noon will be dispatched next day. please allow 2-3 days for delivery. bliss dancewear aims to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, however, we cannot be held responsible for any loss caused to you by late deliveries.

worldwide

bliss dancewear accept orders for delivery worldwide. please telephone our customer service line on (0044)131 334 5333 or email us for delivery costs. International orders will be despatched in accordance to our uk deliveries dispatch times, however please allow 5-7 working days for delivery. 

faulty or damaged goods

in the unlikely event of your goods being delivered faulty or damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery on (0044)131 334 5333 or email us and return the item to us in order for us to arrange a replacement.

returns & exchanges

bliss dancewear operates a ‘no quibble’ returns policy. all goods must be returned within 7 days of ordering, unworn and in the original packaging as despatched.  please note tights are non refundable. please use the returns / exchange form sent with your order and ensure all returns / exchanges are sent with full postage paid, we recomend using recorded delivery as bliss dancewear regrets that we cannot be held responsible for returned orders being lost in the post. all refunds / exchanges will be dealt with within 7 days.

the total cost of your bliss dancewear order is the price of the goods together with delivery charges. while we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. if we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. if we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. if you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
